Sr. Quality Analyst

Experience: 6 to 8 years
Location: Noida / Gurgaon (Hybrid Model)
Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months (extendable)
Working Days: Hybrid (2–3 days per week from office)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual API testing with a strong focus on functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate backend data and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Conduct thorough regression, integration, and system testing.
• Document defects clearly and track them to closure using defect tracking tools.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide support during UAT and production deployment.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in manual API testing.
• Excellent knowledge of Database testing and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Prior experience in the Insurance domain is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interview Process:

• Round 1 (Face-to-Face): Conducted at client office in Noida / Gurgaon.
• Round 2 (Virtual): Technical interview.
• Round 3 (Virtual - if required): For candidates with 7+ years of experience.

Additional Information:

• This is a contractual position with potential for extension.
• Candidates should be open to hybrid working model and available to work from Noida / Gurgaon office as per requirement.
• Strong emphasis on communication and domain expertise (Insurance).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
