Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career paths, and learning opportunities. Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs. Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups and effective sales strategies. Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling sessions to explain program benefits and admission processes. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the student experience. Stay updated with the latest courses, admission criteria, and education trends. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in talking to students and parents both over the phone and in person. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on student satisfaction. Basic knowledge of educational programs and the academic ecosystem. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
