Sr. Quality Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Manual and Automation QA Tester to join our expanding team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and functionality of our online applications by conducting both manual and automated testing. You will be pivotal in identifying bugs, maintaining a smooth user experience, and contributing to the overall success of our platform. In this role, you will be involved in developing and executing test plans and test cases, collaborating with developers and QA team members, documenting defects, and ensuring the efficiency of our testing processes. Regression testing and continuous improvement of testing methodologies will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide regular testing progress reports to management and mentor other team members in testing techniques. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in both manual and automation testing, with a focus on software quality. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with QA best practices are essential. Experience with eCommerce domains, Scrum/Agile methodologies, and various QA tools is preferred. Requirements: - 6-8 years of software quality experience - Minimum 1 year of eCommerce domain experience - Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies and QA Automation processes - Knowledge of defect & test management tools like ClickUp, Jira, GitLab, and Trello - Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket - Effective team management skills and project time management capabilities - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals and propose solutions - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines Benefits: - Service recognition awards - Maternity & Paternity Benefits - Medical Insurance Benefits,
