Sr. Quality Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by reviewing requirements, developing test plans, identifying issues, and suggesting solutions. You will collaborate with the Product Development team to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: - Reviewing and analyzing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents - Developing detailed test plans and test cases - Testing current products and identifying deficiencies - Reporting issues found and verifying resolutions - Investigating product quality to make improvements - Collaborating with the Product Development team - Identifying key KPIs for product quality - Identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting improvements - Managing the overall Quality Planning strategy - Collecting quality data and performing regression testing - Overseeing continuous improvement projects - Investigating non-conforming software causes and training users - Tracking quality assurance metrics - Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies - Preparing and presenting reports to Senior Management Qualifications and experience required for this role: - 4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer - Experience with UI Testing, Salesforce Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, etc. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce Platform - Strong understanding of SQA Methodologies - Experience with software QA tools like Jira and X-ray - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Good time-management skills - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Writing clear, concise test plans and test cases - Experience with white box and black box testing - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process - Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus - Salesforce certification is mandatory Join us as a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product quality and customer satisfaction.
