Sr. QA

As a Senior Quality Analyst at our company located in Sindhu Bhavan Road, Thaltej, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in requirement analysis and reviewing user stories to understand project requirements. - Developing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on project specifications. - Executing test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools. - Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs and defects using bug tracking systems. - Performing regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved. - Collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing. - Documenting test results and creating test reports for project stakeholders. - Assisting in the creation and maintenance of testing environments. - Staying updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to software testing. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow test plans and procedures. - Good understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques. - Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar. - Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. - Prior experience in software testing or quality assurance is a plus but not required.
