We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who will not only bring strong technical expertise but also play a key role in mentoring and guiding the QA team . This role requires someone who can review the team’s deliverables, ensure high-quality standards, and act as a bridge between the QA team and the project lead. Key Responsibilities Mentor and guide QA team members to improve testing skills and overall quality output. Review test plans, cases, scripts, and results prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with the QA Lead / Project Lead to address queries, align testing efforts, and resolve blockers. Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and processes across the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts) to ensure seamless test coverage. Provide feedback and support to team members to help them grow in technical and professional areas. Drive continuous improvement in testing approaches, tools, and frameworks. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in a senior or mentoring role. Demonstrated experience in reviewing QA work and providing constructive feedback. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking. Hands-on experience with manual testing. Strong communication and coordination skills.
