< Back to Career Preferred Industry Experience: Industrial Automation / Special Purpose Machine (SPM) / Machine Building Qualification: Dip / BE: Mechanical Opportunities Group: 1 to 6 years Number Of Open Positions Sr Purchase Executive – 3 Jr Purchase Executive – 2 Work Location: Bengaluru Preferred Skills Role includes executing below activities: Vendor development; Vendor Assessment; Supplier interaction; Negotiate with suppliers; Vendor Rate contracts ; Evaluating supplier options; Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers; Prepare cost estimates. Machining Process knowledge; Material knowledge. Cost analysis; Cost reduction ; Analyzing market trends and pricing ; Ensuring compliance in all procurement transactions ; Creating Purchase orders ; Material follow-up with vendor ; Conducting periodic review of inventory levels; Communicating equipment needs to the supplier Developing and implementing procurement strategies ; Managing inventory and supply chain logistics ; Track orders and ensure timely delivery ; Review quality of purchased products ;Reporting the project and budget status report ; Follow the schedule ; Budget monitoring and controlling ; PO against GRN closing ; P2P Excellent written, verbal communication skills and teamwork.
