Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator – IT Automation with 2–3 years of experience in managing and delivering technology or automation-related projects. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about automation, familiar and capable of supporting project execution, coordination, and client communications. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and successfully delivering customer delivery IT automation projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with developers, analysts, and automation specialists to ensure smooth project flow.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and maintain satisfaction.
• Support implementation of solutions using tools like Make, Zapier, Bubble.io, and RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Track project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
• Prepare documentation, meeting notes, project updates, and status reports.
• Contribute to testing and validation processes in collaboration with QA teams.
• Participate in project retrospectives and process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management (preferably in tech or automation).
• Basic understanding of IT Project & SDLC
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and learning attitude.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications (or working toward them) are a plus.
