Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing engineers to ensure efficient resolution of support requests. It is essential to have good communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in Excel and MIS. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage engineers to ensure efficient resolution of support requests - Possess 2-3 years of experience in MS Office, mail writing, complaint resolution, KPI tracking, and strong organizational and coordination abilities - Demonstrate basic hardware knowledge - Handle complaint resolution effectively - Track KPIs efficiently - Exhibit good communication and writing skills Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Diploma - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and coordination abilities Additional Details: The company values individuals who can effectively handle feedback and criticism, maintain productivity, operate comfortably in team environments as well as independently, and resolve issues with difficult customers. Understanding productivity, SLA (Service Level Agreement), TAT (Turnaround Time), and the usage of Vlookup/HLookup in Excel are also crucial aspects in this role.,
