Sr. Production Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing production activities as per daily schedules. Ensures adherence to GMP, proper documentation, timely completion of batches, and coordination across Production, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Execute and monitor batches across creams, lotions, gels, ointments & powders.

2. Prepare production plans with Production & Plant Head based on daily/weekly schedules & material availability.

3. Verify and review BMR/BPR entries, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.

4. Coordinate with QA for sampling, in-process testing & deviation closures. Jain Soap & Jain Lifecare Pvt Ltd.

5. Conduct root cause analysis for process issues & implement corrective actions.

6. Optimize production yields and minimize wastage or rejections.

7. Provide supervision and guidance to Production Executives, Operators & Helpers.

8. Ensure proper material handling, equipment calibration & adherence to SOPs.

9. Maintain WIP status, production MIS, and daily reports.

10. Support Team in audits, GMP inspections & CAPA documentation.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong process knowledge of cosmetics / pharma formulations.

Understanding of GMP, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Problem-solving skills with ability to guide production teams.

Working knowledge of production machinery & utilities.

Good communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
