Experience- 6+ years

Compensation: ₹20 - ₹30 LPA + Attractive ESOPs

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Product Manager (Head) at an AR/VR/IT company specializing in OTT platforms. The position is based in Bhopal. The Sr. Product Manager will oversee the development and launch of new products, manage product lifecycles, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure product success. Daily tasks include creating product roadmaps, UX/UI design orchestration, analyzing market trends, customer feedback collection, and project management. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning, ROI analysis, and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Product Management and Product Development
• Skills in UX/UI Design and User Experience Optimization
• Project Management skills and expertise in Market Analysis
• Strong technical background in AR/VR technologies and IT solutions
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the OTT platform industry is highly desirable
