We are looking for a Product Security Manager to coordinate multiple security initiatives across the organization. This role will involve managing and tracking the team's work assignments through Jira, ensuring efficient project execution, and communicating with stakeholders across the company to ensure timely remediation of security risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure new product and feature launches are properly documented, routed and prioritized for security review.

• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with Security stakeholders to ensure new product and feature launches go through the right set of Security reviews.

• Program Management: Prioritize the Security Review Jira queue, ensuring security reviews are appropriately prioritized, assigned and tracked through completion.

• Project Execution: Work with security engineers and XFN partners to ensure security reviews and security requirements are delivered on time with quality.

• Process Improvement: Continuously improve program management processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and the ability to respond to evolving challenges.

• Overall 8 to 15 years experience and 3+ years of project management experience

• Experience with JIRA for task management and issue tracking.

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision across time zones and geographies.

• Strong sense of project ownership and focus on quality of deliverables.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.) and regulatory compliance.

• PMP, CISSP, or similar certifications
