Sr. Product Consultant

As a Sr. Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating multiple security initiatives across the organization at STL and STL Digital. Your main purpose will be to deliver experiences that create value and transform lives through efficient project execution and timely remediation of security risks. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure proper documentation, routing, and prioritization of new product and feature launches for security review. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Collaborate with Security stakeholders to ensure that new product and feature launches undergo the necessary Security reviews. - **Program Management:** Prioritize the Security Review Jira queue, assign tasks appropriately, and track progress until completion. - **Project Execution:** Coordinate with security engineers and cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of security reviews and requirements with high quality. - **Process Improvement:** Continuously enhance program management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness to evolving challenges. **Qualifications:** - Overall 8 to 15 years of experience with at least 3 years of project management experience. - Proficiency in using JIRA for task management and issue tracking. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across different time zones and geographies. - Strong sense of project ownership and a focus on the quality of deliverables. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - A degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field. - Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and regulatory compliance. - Certifications like PMP, CISSP, or similar will be advantageous.
