Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Accounts Payable Invoice Posting candidate to manage the invoice processing function using SAP ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice posting, compliance with company policies, and resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.

You’ll make a difference by:

Accurately Scan /Index / post invoices in SAP (MM/FI module), ensuring proper General Ledger (GL) coding and cost center assignments.
Process PO-based and Non-PO invoices, verifying details against purchase orders and contracts.
Perform 3-way matching (Invoice, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt) to ensure accuracy.
Review and validate invoices for proper approvals, compliance, and payment terms.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice disputes, missing documents, and payment status.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve invoice-related issues.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) and company financial policies.
Assist in month-end closing activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations.
Generate and analyze AP aging reports and provide insights on outstanding liabilities.

Your success is grounded in:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Accounts Payable using SAP ERP (SAP FI/MM modules).
Strong understanding of invoice processing, 3-way matching, and vendor payments.
Knowledge of SAP FICO, Accounts Payable workflows, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for AP reporting.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal team coordination
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high invoice volumes.
