Position Overview: The Senior Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing annual price updates process as well as Prpricing strategies that maximize revenue and profit margins for the PMC division. This role requires strong Project management, analytical skills, market understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful pricing management in a similar environment. Key Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy Development: Create and implement pricing strategies that align with the PMC division s business objectives and market conditions. Analyze competitive pricing landscapes and trends to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments. Market Analysis: Conduct deep dive analyses of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor pricing strategies. Monitor economic conditions and industry trends affecting pricing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and understood. Partner with finance to assess the financial impact of pricing decisions and monitor profitability. Pricing Execution: Develop, manage and oversee annual price increase to ensure consistency and integrity in pricing decisions. Oversee pricing adjustments, promotions, and special pricing arrangements. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key pricing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies. Prepare and present pricing performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts to enhance their skills and productivity. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the pricing team. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in pricing management, preferably within the manufacturing or process industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights. Proficiency in pricing software and analytics tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong leadership capabilities.
