Sr. Power Automate Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Power Automate Developer to join our growing automation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code/no-code platforms, particularly Microsoft Power Automate, and experience developing Outlook add-ins and macros. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows and integrations that enhance productivity across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Power Automate flows integrating various data sources and Microsoft 365 applications.

• 
  Develop and maintain Outlook add-ins and macros using Office JavaScript API and VBA.

• 
  Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Power Automate flows and Outlook integrations.

• 
  Optimize performance and reliability of automation solutions.

• 
  Ensure quality and usability of solutions through collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

• 
  Maintain clear documentation of specifications, configurations, and updates to flows and add-ins.

• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to support rapid development cycles.

• 
  Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform, Office 365, and automation tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 
  5+ years of experience in Low Code/No Code Automation platforms.

• 
  3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Automate flow development.

• 
  Proven experience developing Outlook add-ins and macros.

• 
  Proficiency in Office JavaScript API, VBA, HTML, CSS, and JSON.

• 
  Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services, especially Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.

• 
  Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.

• 
  Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.

• 
  Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• 
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).

• 
  Experience integrating Power Automate with third-party services and custom APIs.

• 
  Familiarity with Power Apps, Dataverse, or other Microsoft Power Platform components.
