What You’ll Do

• Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn Ads.

• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns for performance - conversions, ROAS, CPL, and beyond.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with campaign goals.

• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and digital trends.

• Mentor junior marketers and contribute to refining our performance marketing processes.

• Present performance reports and growth strategies directly to clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6 years of proven experience

  managing paid media campaigns with strong ROI.

• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

• Familiarity with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, attribution models, and reporting dashboards.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results under tight timelines.

• Clear communication skills, with confidence presenting strategy and results to stakeholders.

• Leadership mindset - you thrive in guiding others and improving processes.

Bonus Points If You…

• Have experience with eCommerce or lead-gen focused campaigns.

• Understand CRO (conversion rate optimization) and landing page testing.

• Have experience with GHL & Clickfunnels

• Have knowledge of email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot).

• Bring insight into creative testing frameworks and growth experiments.
