We’re Hiring: Senior Performance Marketer at Coala Studio At Coala Studio , we’re a performance marketing agency that partners with brands to bring ideas to life across digital platforms. We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketer (5–6 years of experience) to help scale client growth through high-impact campaigns. If you know how to blend data, creativity, and strategy to drive measurable results - and can guide others along the way - we’d love to connect. What You’ll Do Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn Ads. Build, manage, and optimize campaigns for performance - conversions, ROAS, CPL, and beyond. Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with campaign goals. Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and digital trends. Mentor junior marketers and contribute to refining our performance marketing processes. Present performance reports and growth strategies directly to clients. What We’re Looking For 5–6 years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns with strong ROI. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Familiarity with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging platforms. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, attribution models, and reporting dashboards. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results under tight timelines. Clear communication skills, with confidence presenting strategy and results to stakeholders. Leadership mindset - you thrive in guiding others and improving processes. Bonus Points If You… Have experience with eCommerce or lead-gen focused campaigns. Understand CRO (conversion rate optimization) and landing page testing. Have experience with GHL & Clickfunnels Have knowledge of email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot). Bring insight into creative testing frameworks and growth experiments.
