About OneMetric :

OneMetric is a RevOps-focused HubSpot Solutions Partner helping global businesses scale through CRM implementations, migrations, integrations, and GTM automation. We are expanding our partnership motion and looking for a driven AE – Channel Partnerships professional to take it up.


We are looking for a Senior Outbound Specialist to own and scale outbound email systems for our clients. This role combines hands-on outbound execution, client-facing ownership, and team leadership, acting as a strategic guide for outbound growth.


Responsibilities


Outbound System Setup & Execution

  • Design, set up, and manage end-to-end outbound email systems for clients.
  • Work with tools like

    Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, ZoomInfo

    (or similar).
  • Handle domain setup, inbox warm-up, sequencing, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
  • Build scalable outbound workflows aligned with client ICPs and GTM goals.

Client Onboarding & Ownership

  • Lead client onboarding for outbound engagements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for outbound strategy and execution.
  • Translate client goals into actionable outbound plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Own day-to-day outbound operations and performance.

Strategy & Optimization

  • Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, sequencing, and performance metrics.
  • Guide clients on outbound best practices and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign health, reply rates, and deliverability.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 junior outbound specialists.
  • Provide clear direction, review work quality, and ensure delivery timelines.
  • Bring structure, clarity, and process to outbound execution.


What we're looking for?

  • 4–5 years of experience in outbound / growth roles, preferably in a marketing or growth agency.
  • Strong hands-on experience with outbound email infrastructure & tooling.
  • Clear understanding of outbound strategy, personalization, and deliverability.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Client-facing confidence with the ability to act as a strategic advisor.
  • Organized, ownership-driven, and outcome-focused mindset.
