Sr. Online Marketing Associate/ Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Online Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role involves executing online campaigns, managing social media content, optimizing web presence, and tracking performance to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

    •     Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, search engines, display ads, etc.).

    •     Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency.

    •     Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

    •     Conduct keyword research and optimize website pages for improved search engine rankings.

    •     Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

    •     Coordinate with design and content teams to create promotional materials and digital assets.

    •     Assist in developing email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, list management, and performance tracking.

    •     Stay up to date with online marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

    •     Support in online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) by monitoring budgets, bids, and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

    •     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    •     1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related role.

    •     Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.

    •     Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva).

    •     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    •     Creativity with strong attention to detail.

    •     Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
