Utilize various job boards, networks, and social media platforms to advertise open positions.
Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via video calls.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are logged and tracked in SAP.(Success Factor)
Stay updated with trends in recruiting, introducing new tools and practices when beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong decision-making skills
