DESCRIPTION

MS Dynamics CRM Sr. Technical Consultant is responsible for leading the technical direction

on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development projects. Working with client professionals, CRM

Consultants, Power Platform Team using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI,

SharePoint, Dynamics Flow, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on

the platform. The ability to scope out work, manage and in some cases delegate and oversee

other developers' work, Quality control, and testing.

PRIMARY SKILLSET

● Understanding of Microsoft Dateverse and Model-driven Apps Knowledge of Flow

licensing Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow

● Strong .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity

Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

● 2+ years of experience as a CRM/.NET

● Worked on at least 3 implementation project of MS CRM

● 1+ years of experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, and

Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online

● Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of

Dynamics 365 CRM

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Should demonstrate good knowledge in D365 modules such as

sales/Marketing/Service/ Field Services Techno-Functional

● Responsible for developing PowerApps model

● Should be able to develop/debug customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

2016/365, D365 such as plugins, JavaScript, workflows

● Installation and configuration of data gateways.

● Development of Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.

● Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand

capabilities in Microsoft 365.

● Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge

sharing.

● Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be

better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
