As a Brand and Marketing Communication Manager/Specialist at Kohler India Private Limited, your role involves defining, executing, and evaluating Marketing Communications strategies across all media. You will be responsible for managing and developing marketing communications for all ATL and BTL activities for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will activate and localize global marketing initiatives for all global launches and manage marketing agencies for content creation, offline media planning, and social media content. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Hands-on exposure to creative development - Communication management - Offline media planning - Offline media buying - Campaign analysis - Focus on Brand Track Score with an emphasis on Brand Awareness and Consideration across all price segments and regions - Content calendar planning - Annual budget execution - Offline campaign performance analysis - Social media engagement rate monitoring - Contributing to the GTM strategy for key launches Qualifications required for this position: - MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 Colleges - Good to have agency exposure and luxury brand exposure - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and enthusiasm - Attention to detail - Up-to-date with Social Media Trends - Proactive, organized, and collaborative - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work In this role, you will work closely with marketing agencies for ideation, creatives, and campaign planning. You will also collaborate with internal product and channel marketing teams for content creation. Additionally, you will liaise with the retail execution team for all branding requirements in stores, experience centers, and exhibitions.
