Role Overview: As a Brand and Marketing Communication Manager/Specialist at Kohler India Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to define, execute, and evaluate Marketing Communications strategies across various media channels. You will play a crucial role in managing and developing marketing communications for both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) activities targeting internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve activating and customizing global marketing initiatives for all global launches while overseeing marketing agencies for content creation, offline media planning, and social media content. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on exposure to creative development, communication management, offline media planning, offline media buying, and campaign analysis - Focus on enhancing Brand Track Score with an emphasis on Brand Awareness and Consideration across different price segments and regions - Content calendar planning, annual budget execution, offline campaign performance analysis, social media engagement rate monitoring - Contribution to the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for key launches Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 Colleges - Agency exposure and luxury brand exposure are desirable - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail - Up-to-date with Social Media Trends - Proactive, organized, and collaborative - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work In your role as Brand and Marketing Communication Manager/Specialist at Kohler India Private Limited, you will collaborate closely with marketing agencies for ideation, creatives, and campaign planning.
