Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development initiatives in the Solar Energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting solar panel solutions to institutional clients, industrial units, and factories, while managing the marketing team, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within institutional, industrial, and factory segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Plan and execute strategies to promote solar panel solutions in targeted markets.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance.
• Quotation & Pricing:
• Oversee preparation of quotations and proposals for clients.
• Ensure competitive pricing strategies aligned with company policies.
• Client Coordination & Maintenance:
• Coordinate with clients for after-sales service and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and submit to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (8-15 years) in marketing and business development in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of solar energy products and market dynamics.
