- To oversee efficient operation functioning, ensuring compliance, advisory to customers, bring in significant value additions.
- Competence center for Customs, Operation efficiency & Compliance across India.
- To ensure, the one providing innovative solution providers benefiting customers, & to ensure 100% compliance followed across India.
- Establishment and Fulfillment of business process related to customs clearance and trade compliance
- Implementation and monitoring the PSA BDP Global Customs SOP across India.
- Customs compliance component in new business and transition to operation
- Monitoring & Review of the compulsory compliance requirements part of operations & to train all operation staff involved in customs and allied rules and regulations, compliance related knowledge required to serve customers efficiently.
- Monitor and review the EDI team with guidance on improvements and changes, with timely filing of declarations.
- To give innovative value propositions to customers.
- Specialized in Licensing, SVB, MOOWR, FTWZ and other schemes under Foreign Trade and Customs
- The position will monitor and guide the tasks of Query Management, CHA & Compliance, Centralized Documentation Unit, Special Projects.
- Overall process simplification to result min. 10% increase in productivity.
- All PSA BDP Corporate, and regional team: Functional support
- Customs & other government officials: To keep up PR, and represent cases, technical discussions, trouble shooting
- KAMO, TLM, Overseas: Business support in acquiring new business, sustaining existing customers
- Customers: QBR, GAP Analysis, setting up new process, pre-post consultancy
Job Requirements
- A Graduate in any discipline / Any other qualifications which add’s value to the role.
- Rule 8/ Rule 9 / “G” Card preferable
- Min. 10+ years of working experience and 8 years in managerial positions People Management
