Description
As a Senior Manager/AGM of Brand Marketing at this company based in Gurugram, India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual, emotional, and experiential presence of India's most beloved gifting brand across various touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include: - **Brand Strategy & Positioning:** - Evolving the brand identity including design language, tone of voice, and category-wise positioning - Leading brand tracking and performance metrics such as awareness, NPS, consideration, and sentiment - Utilizing consumer, cultural, and competitive insights to drive future brand strategies - **Campaigns, Content & Storytelling:** - Directing the creative development and execution of brand campaigns, short films, and occasion-led narratives - Managing the gifting and moment marketing calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling across all key spikes - Maintaining a resonant narrative across various channels including ATL, BTL, digital, and retail - **Design & Brand Experience:** - Supervising visual branding, product photoshoots, packaging, and creative output across channels - Collaborating with UI/UX, tech, and category teams to ensure brand-aligned product and web experiences - Ensuring brand visibility and memorability across flagship stores, pop-ups, and experiential spaces - **Customer Advocacy & Reviews:** - Developing the strategy for customer testimonials, social proof, and user stories - Integrating customer advocacy into campaigns, social media, and retail touchpoints - **Employer Branding & Internal Campaigns:** - Partnering with HR and leadership to shape an engaging employer brand narrative - Designing internal campaigns to enhance employee pride, engagement, and alignment with the brand purpose - **Media, PR & Partnerships:** - Leading media planning, budgeting, and agency partnerships for brand visibility - Managing proactive PR and reputation storytelling efforts - Identifying strategic co-branding and influencer partnerships - **Retail & Hyperlocal Marketing:** - Creating hyperlocal campaigns tailored for specific locations and physical retail clusters - Collaborating with merchandising and operations for effective in-store branding - **Cultural Relevance & Competitive Intelligence:** - Monitoring consumer and cultural shifts to create relevant narratives - Establishing a system for continuous category benchmarking and brand foresight - **Visual Discovery & Brand Searchability:** - Advocating for visual discovery optimization to enhance product and storytelling visibility - Ensuring FNP assets are discoverable and distinctive on visual platforms like Pinterest and Google Images - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** - Working closely with content, social, performance, and category teams for brand-aligned campaigns - Partnering with data and insights teams to measure impact and refine narratives In addition to the responsibilities, the company is looking for individuals with proven experience in building and scaling digital-first brands, a deep understanding of consumer psychology and digital behavior, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively. Preferred qualifications for this role include an MBA in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent, experience in E-commerce, D2C, lifestyle, FMCG, or experience-led brands, and a portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns, films, and partnerships.,
