Job Description

As a Smart Building Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and architect smart building solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers and site requirements. You will actively engage with end-users, consultants, and contractors throughout the pre-sales, tendering, and execution phases to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions. Your role will also involve developing detailed system designs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation to support project execution. You will be expected to lead technical discussions, workshops, and presentations with key accounts to showcase the value of our solutions and drive business growth. In addition, you will play a key role in influencing specifications, establishing strong pre-tender positioning, and supporting the sales team in key account development activities. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to drive solution innovation across building automation, energy management, and digital control layers. To excel in this role, you must stay informed about market trends and actively contribute to thought leadership initiatives through webinars and the creation of technical content. Your insights and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of smart building solutions within our organization.,
