Key Responsibilities -

• Identify and evaluate new product ideas and enhancement concepts from marketing, promoters, and internal exploration.
• Develop and maintain a balanced portfolio of enhancement-led and breakthrough R&D projects.
• Research and benchmark best-in-class technologies among competitors and contribute to the innovation roadmap.
• Lead the process of converting ideas into working prototypes, including developing detailed engineering algorithms.
• Create multiple product design options from an engineering perspective and select the most feasible and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to incorporate customer preferences and target costing into product development.
• Prioritize ideas and projects based on business impact, feasibility, and innovation potential.
• Guide and mentor the R&D team to achieve project milestones and maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

• Product Design & Development – Strong capability to conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical products from ideation to prototyping.
• Engineering Software Proficiency – Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and Pro-E (latest version) for 3D modeling and design validation.
