Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Sr. Manager- Network in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain complex network infrastructure, including analysis, development, and administration of IT systems software, hardware, and databases.
Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects to inform the organization's IT roadmap.
Serve as a final decision/opinion maker in the area, coaching, mentoring, and training others on expertise.
Implement short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions in line with department strategy.
Develop and implement policies, processes, and standards to support tactical direction.
Lead a team of specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, taking full responsibility for employee lifecycle management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in network management and administration.
Proven track record of success in managing complex network infrastructure and leading teams.
Strong understanding of data & voice networks, data processing operations, end-user technology & software support.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and train others.
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
