What You ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust software solutions for Club Receiving, Inventory, and Fulfilment systems.
- Champion the integration of GenAI and AgenticAI technologies, driving automation, intelligent decision-making, and adaptive workflows across club operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, other engineering areas and data science to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, including code quality, security, scalability, and performance.

Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years experience in site reliability engineering, site and system administration, infrastructure management, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years experience in site reliability engineering, site and system administration, infrastructure management, or related area. 2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications...
Both software and hardware troubleshooting., Master s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, computer information systems, or related area and 15 years of relevant experience in production support, software support or technical support., Technical support operations, account management, customer support, automation, analytics, reporting, supply chain, retail, or eCommerce.
