- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust software solutions for Club Receiving, Inventory, and Fulfilment systems.
- Champion the integration of GenAI and AgenticAI technologies, driving automation, intelligent decision-making, and adaptive workflows across club operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding product, operations, other engineering areas and data scienceto deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, including code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
