Job Description

Role Overview:-
We are looking for a dynamic Senior MarTech Manager with strong expertise in HCL Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and end-to-end campaign operations. This role involves owning MarTech platform implementations, managing multi-channel campaign delivery, and leading cross-functional project teams for global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HCL Unica (Campaign, Plan, Platform, Interact) cloud/on-prem implementationsDefine & execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Internet Banking, CRM, RM)Integrate CRM platforms (Salesforce) and MarTech tools (ZoomInfo, 6Sense, NeverBounce, LinkedIn)Build strategic segmentation logic, campaign flowcharts, and audience strategiesDrive campaign performance reporting, dashboards, and post-campaign analysisManage MarTech upgrades/migrations (e.g., DB2 MariaDB, Unica v10 v12)Collaborate with client IT/business teams and offshore/onshore delivery modelsMentor junior team members and ensure best practices in delivery
