Role Overview:- We are looking for a dynamic Senior MarTech Manager with strong expertise in HCL Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and end-to-end campaign operations. This role involves owning MarTech platform implementations, managing multi-channel campaign delivery, and leading cross-functional project teams for global clients. Key Responsibilities Lead HCL Unica (Campaign, Plan, Platform, Interact) cloud/on-prem implementations Define & execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Internet Banking, CRM, RM) Integrate CRM platforms (Salesforce) and MarTech tools (ZoomInfo, 6Sense, NeverBounce, LinkedIn) Build strategic segmentation logic, campaign flowcharts, and audience strategies Drive campaign performance reporting, dashboards, and post-campaign analysis Manage MarTech upgrades/migrations (e.g., DB2 MariaDB, Unica v10 v12) Collaborate with client IT/business teams and offshore/onshore delivery models Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices in delivery
