Sr. Manager

As a Wind Energy Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and timely responses. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive feasibility reports for potential wind development zones and providing peer review reports on energy estimates. Your role will also involve developing and optimizing wind project sizes, simulating wind flow characteristics, and selecting wind turbines based on site-specific conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and timely responses - Conduct comprehensive feasibility reports for potential wind development zones - Provide peer review reports on energy estimates - Develop and optimize wind project sizes - Simulate wind flow characteristics using linear & CFD models - Select wind turbines based on site-specific conditions - Lead wind farm energy production calculations and production uncertainties analysis - Coordinate with third-party consulting agencies for energy yield assessment - Summarize and synthesize energy yield assessment reports for actionable insights - Visit project execution sites - Prepare business strategies for growth in solar and wind energy sectors - Support tendering and bidding processes for solar and wind projects - Negotiate and close long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with clients - Identify and create strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders - Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new business opportunities - Lead techno-commercial optimization of solar and wind projects - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential clients - Manage client relationships and provide feedback for business strategy improvement - Advise senior management on market dynamics and strategic direction - Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company Qualification Required: - Experience with large-scale national and international projects - Strong technical knowledge in solar farm design, wind project implementation, and renewable energy systems - Relevant experience in solar and wind energy industries, EPC, IPP, C&I, CPP, tendering, and bidding processes Note: Only candidates with the specified experience will be considered for this position.,
