Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the healthcare organization.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all levels of staff, including nurses, doctors, and administrative personnel.
  • Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management:Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Employee Development:Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Data and Analytics:Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data to support decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
  • Payroll Management:This includes accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Statutory Returns and Filings:Preparing and submitting various statutory returns to government authorities (e.g., PF returns, ESI returns, income tax returns) within specified deadlines.
  • Record Maintenance:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and other statutory documents.
  • Compliance Audits:Conducting regular internal audits to identify and address any compliance gaps or potential issues.
  • Employee Benefit Management:Overseeing employee benefit plans (e.g., PF, gratuity, insurance) and ensuring they are administered correctly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
