Roles & Responsibilities

Be a part of the Government team spread across multiple regions to achieve targets and goals as directed by the management
Hunting role: New Client Acquisition in the Government sector
Sales Planning, Sales approaches and strategies
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
Building strong Client Relationship Management and work with Product Solution & tech teams to build cutting edge products
Constant engagement with Client CXOs team
To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
To manage product bundling for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities thus ensuring higher gross margins for the organisation

Desired Profile:

Experience of 5+ years in Govt sector sales role preferably within payments industry
Strong communication skills
Teammanagement&leadership skills
Strong Relationship management and interpersonal skills
Data crunching ability and analytics is a plus
