Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Manager/AVP - Corporate Insurance Sales to join our team in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate insurance sales, commercial insurance, and insurance broking, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate insurance sales targets and grow the business
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients and stay ahead of the competition
Manage a team of insurance sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

6-12 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, commercial insurance, and insurance broking
Strong knowledge of corporate insurance products, including liability, property, and workers' compensation insurance
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
