Job Overview:
This role will manage and grow major accounts in the Group Health / Employee Benefits portfolio. The person will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving renewals, improving portfolio profitability, and enabling cross-sell within large corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with CXO stakeholders (CHRO / CFO / CEO / HR Leadership)
- Identify pain points related to EB cost, employee wellness, engagement & compliance
- Drive renewal discussions, handle rate negotiations & plan design changes
- Maintain profitable Loss Ratio performance through discipline in pricing & claims control
- Partner with Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Sales Support & Product teams
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Present proposals, financial analysis & market benchmark reports
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in Employee Benefits / Group Medical Insurance / Corporate Broker or Consulting
- Experience managing large corporate clients and major accounts
- Proven ability in renewal management, client retention and portfolio growth
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills
