Handling various types of Jigs, fixtures and Manipulator Hydraulic and Pneumatic with PLC System Root Cause Analysis of Internal production line failure, 0 km failures & field failures
Installation of ANDON display in office for live monitoring of current breakdowns and its downtime and Dashboard made from outside.
Weld Shop & Press Shop 100 nos Line Integration with Scada System through centralized Mitsubishi plc for production hourly basis and report generation for check production daily wise and alarm history of machines.
Hydraulic and pneumatic presses up to 1500 tons and integrated analog to digital signal Hyd clutch, counter balance pressure, and slide height and die adjustment reading and hyd overload system. a
