Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting on-site teams in sending comparative costs and executing the purchase process. You will develop clean and detailed stock analysis reports as well as should cost models & benchmark opportunity. Your role will involve setting up category dashboards, collating demand requirements, and identifying relevant suppliers to introduce into the process. Additionally, you will conduct RFP analysis, prepare negotiation decks, and monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers. Your responsibilities will also include managing the supply chain, working with other functions to build collaborative solutions, implementing strategies for cost reduction and negotiations, and driving efforts to improve contract negotiations and management while ensuring risks are managed and mitigated. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree (B Com / Engineering / BSC) Key Responsibilities: - Support on-site teams in sending comparative costs and executing purchase process - Develop clean and detailed stock analysis reports - Develop should cost models & benchmark opportunity - Setup category dashboards - Collate demand requirements - SKU specifications, business requirements - Help in identifying relevant suppliers to introduce into the process - Conduct RFP analysis and prepare negotiation decks - Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers - Managing supply chain from requirement - Work with other functions to build collaborative solutions/offerings - Implement strategies for cost reduction, negotiations, and overall improved commercial performance - Drive efforts to improve contract negotiations and management, ensuring risks are managed and mitigated - Liaising with the Groups overseas offices, especially in Africa, for operational activities - Planning annual capacity based on demand forecasting & historical data to ensure availability of resources & highlight in case of additional capacity need and assist for sourcing through different schemes to avail duty benefits - Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice in vendor development, sourcing, operations & logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance - Assess operational risks to the company and ensure they are monitored and minimized - Support the development of budgets about the operational business plan - Close team work with Logistics, finance, and Operations team,
