Position: Sr. IT Support Specialist

Work Location: Remote

Work Schedule: 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST, following the American Holiday Schedule.


Job Summary:

Senior IT Support professional


Key Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of experience managing desktop and cloud infrastructure
  • Managing Entra ID / Intune
  • Developing automation to eliminate manual tasks (disable inactive users, …)
  • Cost Management, Inventory Management
  • L2/L3 Support for local and remote users
  • Facility Support, developing standards for all users
  • Build new hardware, support onsite infrastructure
  • Able to support Windows, M365 and other desktop applications.
  • Create new user, delete user and manage routine tasks
  • Software installation, maintain inventory of hardware / software using Azur platform.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.


Experience:

  • 7+ years in IT support, ideally including Level 2/3 Helpdesk support. Experience in cloud infrastructure management is a plus.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, M365 suite, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Virtual Desktop is advantageous.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Certifications

  • A+ or Network+ preferred; AWS or Azure certifications are beneficial.
