Qualifications: Experience in retail, e-commerce, omnichannel, supply chain, and direct-to-consumer projects. You re highly effective in identifying important data and their maintenance, understanding our customers businesses and their operational processes, and advising them on improving those processes with software solutions such as ERP and/or Merchandising solutions to achieve their goals. Knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the following retail business processes - merchandise planning, managing product data, inventory management spanning procurement, distribution, and customer order fulfilment, inventory control, product pricing, promotions and markdowns, allocation and replenishment of inventory, customer order fulfilment, etc. Prior experience in engaging with clients in the discovery workshops, designing processes and workflows based on using off-the-shelf software, documenting specifications of the designed system, configuring the application per the requirement specifications, application testing, troubleshooting, and providing production support. Prior experience in similar software solutions supporting merchandise management for retailers, such as Oracle Retail Merchandising System, ERP such as SAP MM, etc., is a significant plus. Knowledge of the concepts of retail and supply chain and relevant certifications will be preferred. Experience in business analysis, including planning, design, and implementation. Experience/familiarity with simple functions of SQL to manage data-driven needs of the projects. Knowledge of integration flows, including integration mechanisms such as APIs, File Transfer, etc. Experience working with global customers is a plus. 1 2 years relevant experience, implementing Merchandising, or related applications BE / B.Tech. with MBA (preferred) Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills with a focus on time management Self-starter with a proactive attitude Collaboration skills to enable team members to work efficiently and effectively to achieve common goals.
