Sr. IT Sales Account Executive

Role Overview: As an IT Sales Account Executive at Tecnoprism, your role is crucial in finding and screening potential customers who could benefit from the company's products and services. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, requiring a strong understanding of the sales process and proficiency in researching leads, establishing new relationships, and setting up successful sales closers. Your ability to quickly grasp information, communicate effectively, and present offerings compellingly will be essential in leveraging every potential customer as an opportunity for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of new business bookings and conduct customer meetings and presentations - Generate leads through events and provide technical expertise - Execute Proof of Concept exercises and lead RFX responses - Coordinate solution design and represent Tecnoprism's products and services effectively - Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects - Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in the next steps - Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of full sales cycle experience within the IT Industry - Experience selling into specific industries with deep industry knowledge for tailored solutions - Hands-on sales expertise in automation platforms is mandatory - Strong communication skills via phone and email - Proven track record of exceeding lead targets - Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills - Desire and ability to advance within a sales organization - Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software,
