Job Description

The IT Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations informationtechnology systems, ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to meet businessgoals. This role involves strategic planning, project management, team leadership, andtechnical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Asset Management:- Manage procurement, inventory, insurance, allocation , deallocation / handover , courier, repair, software installation, OS installation.

2. Employee On/Off Boarding:- Manage email creation, asset allocation, attendance &access provisioning, account suspension, asset handover, data reset & deletion etc.

3. MS Office 365:- Knowledge of Office 365 Administration i.e. Email, DL. Maintain MS &Azure Active Directory with SSO Apps and Security Groups. Knowledge of asset registrationunder domain. Knowledge of Intune

4. Server Management:- Provision required VMs or machines to DevOps and exposing themon public IPs. Monitor VMs health and their usage. Maintain their regular data backup andVM details.

5. Application/Software Management:- Purchase new license, setup the Application andsoftwares for Organization. Management of all the internal and third partyapplications/softwares.6. Device Management & Security:- Manage Organization devices using tools like MDM, etc.Manage device and software inventory. Device Enrollment, device security, softwaredeployment, policy creation and management.
