Skills & Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Any Degree Experience: 5-6 years of IT experience. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software systems. Familiarity with real estate software tools and applications is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques. Understanding of basic cybersecurity practices. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with staff and vendors. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
