Sr. Inside Sales Specialist

Join our Sales team if you are a dynamic Inside sales lead generation and bench, a dedicated and enthusiastic sales person to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for the development of qualified leads using various inbound campaigns. This position will play a crucial role in creating and implementing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales team successful. The primary focus is to work with the Sales team to develop lead generation, taking individual sales targets and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive who can lead from the front, drive revenue through strategic prospecting, deliver high-impact demos, and mentor junior sales team members. If you're passionate about SaaS, B2B selling, and being a growth enabler, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Drive qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound queriesDeliver product demos and convert prospects to customersManage and close deals with minimal supervisionMaintain clean and up-to-date records in CRMGuide and support junior SDRs or Inside Sales repsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience (preferably in tech/SaaS)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsHands-on experience with CRM toolsProactive attitude with team management or mentoring exposureStrong intent to work, learn, and grow in a high-performance environment
