Sr. Implementation Engineer

· Develop comprehensive migration roadmaps tailored to project requirements

· Conduct system studies to identify potential challenges and dependencies

· Perform detailed data analysis to ensure data integrity and quality

· Design and develop schema migration tools to support data transformation

· Assign tasks and monitor team progress to ensure timely project delivery

· Coordinate resources and provide guidance to team members throughout the migration process

· Maintain regular communication with clients to understand needs and address concerns

· Provide ongoing updates and ensure client satisfaction during the entire migration lifecycle

· Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on migration tools and best practices

· Share insights and lessons learned to support continuous improvement across projects

Identify and analyze system or process gaps and propose effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Requirement

· 5+ years of experience in system implementation or migration

· Strong background in data analysis, database management, and schema design

· Proven ability to lead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Excellent communication and client-facing skills

· Experience with migration tools and project management platforms is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
