Sr. Implementation Engineer

In this role, you will lead ERP implementation projects across various industries, serving as the primary technical contact. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and configuring/customizing ERP modules such as Finance, SCM, CRM, and HR to align with client needs. You will also be involved in integrating ERP systems with third-party applications through APIs, middleware, or custom solutions, as well as conducting data migration and transformation from legacy systems to the ERP platform. Your role will also entail providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, troubleshooting complex technical issues for timely resolution, and documenting processes, configurations, and best practices for both internal and client use. Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, QA, and development teams is essential to ensure project delivery within the specified time, scope, and client expectations.
