Sr. Implementation Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead ERP implementation projects across various industries, acting as the primary technical contact. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, SCM, CRM, HR, etc.) to meet client needs. Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions. Conduct data migration and transformation from legacy systems to the ERP platform. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution. Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and client use. Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, QA, and development teams. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
